  • I LIKE THE JB T-SHIRTS XD

  • CHAKE DE JATTA

  • Jay Sean~~ Thank you for supporting this worthy cause.

Everyone! let us keep breast cancer DOWN!

  • Jay Sean Thank You for being such a class act and getting behind this cause !!! Too many performers would have been real pricks about some one using there song in a video like this !! God Bless You!!

  • Beautiful - Dedicated to my three sisters - Connie, Elaine and Stephanie - My paternal Aunt Hilda, first cousins - Amanda, Gail, Melvina, and Joan Marie - Breast Cancr may have taken your lives - but certainly NOT the memories!!

  • I have so much repect for those who help bring awareness to breast cancer. This is awesome.

  • Where are his pink gloves....?

  • As a breast cancer survivor, I say "Thanks!"

    BTW: THAT'S a group dance!

  • That's really awesome that Jay Sean did this for charity like th original video. <3

  • this is so cool! jay sean was one of my favorite artist and he rocks coz he also supports the pink glove dance! woooh!

  • To all the haters, we did the pink dance at my work place and the guy filming the whole thing, did not charge a single penny. We just put the pink gloves. Fucking haters.

  • I think we are all "aware" of breast cancer. Can we move on and focus on research now. How about all of the other diseases/disorders? Were you "aware" that September is Childhood Cancer Month and Prostate Cancer Month? Were you "aware" that October is Downs Syndrome Month? Just to name a few. It just bugs me that an individual must commit or pay $2300 (plus a $90 registration fee) to walk in the 3-day. Is this to cover costs of the event? How much of this goes to actual research?

  • @BondellaRocks Why don't you spread the word and do something for the Childhood Cancer Month instead of being in front of the computer being a hater.

You are right. There is a lot of things to be aware of so, act.

  • @janwh40 As a matter of fact, I have done something. This September I coordinated an event in my town called Bowl for the Gold (the gold ribbon is for childhood cancer). We raised more than $1100 for pediatric brain tumor research. In addition, I make jewelry and every bit of profit goes directly to the same cause.

I think you're a bit overzealous in labeling me as a "hater". Relax.

  • @BondellaRocks That's what I' talking about. What you did is very commendable and if it was posted in youtube, I would be making a very positive comment. You see?some people working for the breast cancer awarness and you working for the kids with cancer.

  • @BondellaRocks I agree with u... I don't support the pink ribbon because where's the justice in dedicating an entire month to one single cancer form!?! Not that I didn't love the pink glove dance, I think it's wonderful when people come together for something they believe in...

  • @BondellaRocks most of it goes to research over 7/8 of it and the Jay sean most likely did it for free. And ya i bet a lot of people know that. If you are complaining then get and make a video to be aware for every single illness please, then reply and tell me when your done.

  • @Soccergoalie5151 I think you're missing my point. I was in no way trying to be negative or sarcastic. I LOVED the idea, especially the one throughout the hospital. I don't even know who "Jay Sean" is, nor was I questioning if he was paid for any part of it. I also LOVE to see when people in the spotlight use their "fame" for good such as this. What I was sincerely wondering was how much of the walk money goes to research vs the administrative fees, advertising, etc.

  • @Soccergoalie5151 When my mother-in-law passed away from breast cancer a year ago, we wanted to walk in memory of her. But it was too much $ for each of us to commit. And it was discouraging. Instead, we made donations to another team in my mother-in-law's name. If I could produce videos such as that, I'd love to do it. Since I can't, I am indeed doing what I can. In chairing the event I did, I learned that even small donations ($10, $20, etc) make a difference. So often I think we feel

  • @Soccergoalie5151 like if all we can give is a small amount, then why bother. Every dollar makes a difference, regardless what the cause.

I'm curious to know where you found the info on the "7/8" that goes to research and if it gives info about other orgs. There are some other orgs I'd love to look into. Those are the ones I try to commit to. Every time I try to search for the info, I get lots of other pages. Thanks.

  • @BondellaRocks Nevermind..Charity: Eighty-five percent of the net proceeds from the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure Walks goes to the foundation activities, building awareness and raising funds for breast cancer research and community outreach programs since 1982. Fifteen percent of the net proceeds benefit the National Philanthropic Trust (NPT). These funds will establish the NPT Breast Cancer Fund, which will provide long-term support for breast cancer initiatives including research, ...

  • @Soccergoalie5151 ...support for breast cancer initiatives including research, treatment, prevention and education.

Found this at "about DOT com" under "walking"

Looks like 85% of the net proceeds goes to creating more awareness, while 15% actually goes to breast cancer initiatives. Not quite 7/8.

  • @BondellaRocks 7/8 goes or all of it

  • @BondellaRocks You dont have to donate tons of money. Ya well i raised money by gong door to door (because they wanted too) and gave lots from myself too

  • @BondellaRocks Thats not what it sounded like to everyone

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO, I think tht it is GREAT how it came out !!!!!!

  • I don't understand why this song about 'going down' is a breast cancer anthem...

    ~confused

  • @justinpaul1981 "Baby don't worry, you are my only, you wont be lonely. Even if the sky is falling down." - just saying that Breast Cancer patients and survivors aren't alone.

  • This is so cool! Yay Jay Sean!

  • Wait A Minute, where are his pink glove?

  • @ProLifeChristian will you please give us a break? keep your views to yourself

  • @marieGT1 are you a nazi??? prolifechristian has a constitutional right to offer her/his opinion.

  • @AntaresInScorpius as long as they don't get in my face, and what does that have to do with fighting breast cancer?

  • @marieGT1 she wasnt getting in ur face, she was expressing her constitutional right of free speech. You might not want to hear it, but tough.

  • how do you explain male breast cancer??? i wasnt aware men could get abortions...wow medical advances these days

i am a christian and i am a leader in my church ...i would like to thank prolife for taking a positive thing and turning it into something its not...yeah not so much...prolife you are the reason its so hard to talk to people about christianity...your finger pointing fire and damnation pep talks...anger people...why dont you try jesus' method he didnt get in peoples faces....

  • @ProLifeEvangelical-- Hey Bonehead....I am 53 and have NEVER been sick a day in my life, even though I had an abortion about 35 years ago.....go figure. But I certainly hope you get to become part of the research on mental illness....you sure could use some help.

  • Wow....could you guys PLEASE stop arguing about this! I myself am Prolife, but arguing on a youtube video link is ridiculous on both accounts.

  • Obstet Gynecol. 2009 Jun;113(6):1417-8.

The Relationship between induced abortion and the subsequent development of breast cancer has been the subject of a substantial amount of epidemiologic study. Early studies of the relationship between prior induced abortion and breast cancer risk were methodologically flawed. More rigorous recent studies demonstrate no causal relationship between induced abortion and a subsequent increase in breast cancer risk.

  • @ProLifeChristian 77% of the US medical health professionals are pro-choice. fact: every single professional medical association in the US is pro-choice (AMA, AMSA, APA, AAOBGYN, etc). Fact: every single national medical association in the first world is pro-choice. Fact: Of the top 40 medical schools in the US, all 40 teach pro-choice curricula regarding abortion

There must be a good reason for this. As far as I know, Men of science operate in hospital, not priests, thank gawd!!

  • @MrsTardbuster1

Where do your statistics come from?

Study of physician religious beliefs found 76% of doctors believe in God. This study in July 05 issue of the Journal of General Internal Medicine, found 90% of US doctors attend religious services at least occasionally. 55% of doctors say religious beliefs influence how they practice. 46 states have refusal clauses which allow doctors to refuse medical treatments if they conflict with the doctor's religion including performing abortion

  • @ProLifeChristian I have no doubt most doctors believe in , but unlike you they are open minded and also are PRO CHOICE, which is nice. And since they are doctors, they know very well that abortion is a very safe procedure, and have no problem with the legality of it.

Actually you just proved how safe abortion is, those xtain doctors guarantee it. Thanks!

  • @MrsTardbuster1

Dr Janet Daling & Dr Jessica Dolle are pro-choice researchers from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research. They both conclude abortion is linked to elevated breast cancer risk.

Please visit "Blackmun Wall" website which is a website created to list women killed by legal abortions, along with info regarding the circumstances of their death. Project is named after Harry Blackmun, the Supreme Court justice who wrote the Roe versus Wade decision & launched America's Abortion Holocaust.

  • @ProLifeChristian breaking news:

abortion does not cause cancer nor depression nor traumatic stress disorder nor does cause suicide or any of the propaganda anti choice crowd says.

The source is the WHO and also every single cancer association worldwide, not to mention APA and the other national associations of psychology, psychiatry and so on.

Make up your OWN mind folks. With real FACTS.

  • @ProLifeChristian

Jessica Dolle at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research headed a research paper that concluded the pill is a probable cause of breast cancer in women under age 45. The paper also also contained findings from National Cancer Institute that abortion raised the risk of breast cancer by 40%

This paper is titled, "Risk Factors For Triple-Negative Breast Cancer In Women Under The Age of 45 Years," & was published in the Journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention 1 year ago

  • Why Chicago? This should have been in Portland, Oregon!

  • Breast cancer rates are highest in countries with the highest induced abortion rates. Breast cancer was infrequent before Roe vs Wade legalized abortion nationwide. Currently, there are about 1.2 million abortions in the U.S per year. By age 45, 42% of American women have had an abortion. Since Roe vs Wade in 1973, breast cancer rates in the U.S. have increased about 40%. Induced abortion cause biological changes to occur in breasts which make women more susceptible to breast cancer.

  • some people are allergic to latex... maybe they didn´t have any made of silicon? he sang, that was support enough....

    Love this performance however!

  • Every woman should know about the link between vitamin D deficiency and breast cancer. Over two years ago the Canadian cancer society started recommending that everyone take vitamin D to prevent cancer. The site vitaminD3world has all the information, google it!!

  • To Case27FML , Medline's pink gloves don' t contain latex.

  • I'm a 4X cancer survivor and treated each time at Portland Providence where the video was shot. My thanks goes out to all those who've "gone viral" with the energy.

  • Kudo's to Jay Shean for allowing St. V's hospital to use his song. He is a true rock star~

  • It's so cool to see this because I was born at the hospital where the dance originated! And breast cancer is such an important thing to raise awareness of. It's nice to see that Jay Sean is supporting this. :)

  • This is really cool, but just curious -- anyone know why Sean didn't put on a pair of gloves himself for the song?
