Just a question, whats your opinion on putting alcohol on the paint after your polishing to make sure the scratches/swirls really came out?

Thanks for watching my friend. I have never heard of your alcohol application. Can you explain the theory of how it works?

Apparently the alcohol wipes/removes the wax off of the car so there is NOTHING hiding/covering up any possible scratches underneath. A guy detailed my car and then used rubbing alcohol to prove that any wax or fillers were not HIDING the swirls/scratches.

Hmmm... I'm thinking I could prove that by simply looking at the product description of whatever he used to wax the car. If it contains fillers, the product description will say so. It might be worded in lawyer speak but it will be in there. That's the great thing about the web. You can run, but you can't hide!

What metal polish are you using and what are your rims covered with? Paint. chrome, clear coated, brushed?
