  • Doesn't he look like a fucking Elvis? I think he does big time !

  • @yamaha4888 , well I don''t know if you noticed but every guitar sound here is made by the two other guitarrists back there, and he''s only doing figures that doesn''t sound nearly at all...

he''s an OK singer though, being live in character and all...it''s funny as hell to see him, but I can''t hear his guitar nowhere......

  • @yamaha4888 If you watch the commentary, the reason they hired him for this role was because of his musical talent. He can play guitar, drums, piano, and he's been singing for years. You can see in Chicago and step-brothers his other talents. He's definitely very talented.

  • MAN this song is BIG!! love it!!^^

  • And He Never Payed for Drugs!.... Not Once..

  • he learned to play the guitar so good... without having a sense of smell

  • WRONG KID DIED

  • Better Than Dewey Finn

  • Dewey for president!

  • Walk Hard.......HARDD.

  • i think hes drunk he was playin the wrong chords at certain points lol.

  • @TheGeneLightShow hehe i noticed that too :D lol

  • What an immense well of talent he has! This song would've been a hit if it had been written by Cash or somebody. Many professional singers can't perform this good live. Keep walking hard John C. Rielly!

  • Dewey Cox is a legend

  • He's pretty damn good, even live. I love his showmanship. Doesn't break character either.

  • it's actually a fucking awesome song... despite it was intended to be a bit of a joke

  • john c rielly was nominated for a grammy for WRITING this song. look it up

  • @3fingerpunch No he wasn't. "Walk Hard" was written by Marshall Crenshaw.

  • it ain't easy to walk to the top of a mountain...

  • dewey is the king

  • tim meadows plays drums...? ill just keep walkin.......hard.

  • lol this is so sick

  • why isnt he playing with the original Dewey Cox Four from the film?

  • cause those were just actors

  • so was john c riley

  • right, but those guys were JUST actors. John C Reily acts and sings, the other guys just act.

  • So they "acted" playing the instruments as well, did they? I mean, watching the film you can see that they are playing the right parts so I just don't understand why they didn't play the gigs too, would save the other guys trouble learning the songs.

  • Well they could of been busy. probably workin on a movie or sumtin

  • because the others can't play music like him!

  • good!!

  • Dude, were you at the concert, or did someone give you this footage?

  • Dude, is that all the that you can come up with ? Dude, think of something new...DUDE

  • You think youre all high and mighty on your tramp-o-line, well youre nothin but a big black cox.

  • did he learn guitar for the movie or has he always played?? hes really good

  • John has been playing for years. He actually wrote that song for the movie. The other songs were wrote by numerous people. If you get a chance you should watch the movie & grab the full performances in the special features section as well. All the songs are great.

  • He didn't write the song, Marshall Crensha did.

But John C Reilly has been playing and singing for ages.

  • @yamaha4888 He's always been a musician. He actually scored the entire movie.

  • @icelord89 He didn't score the film. But he did play some of the rhythm guitar tracks and did all his own vocals.

  • @yamaha4888 that isn't John c. Reily...... is actually Dewey Cox.

  • @yamaha4888 he's always played

  • @yamaha4888 He is actually quite talented with music contrary to what people say. It is him.

  • LMFAO

  • his voice is beautiful!

  • He walks so Hard .... love it

  • hahahaha that phrase from the movie is so fucking funny

  • BUT HE NEVER PAID ONCE FOR DRUGS!!!

  • NOT ONCE

  • NEVER

Note: never get high with Dewey Cox he never pays for drugs

  • HAHA

  • trop bon walk hard

  • I bet that was a hell of a concert! I hope he's touring, I'd love to get to one of these performances!

  • always enjoyed john c reillys acting..never new how good of a singer he is

  • He really does have a versatile voice. Check him out in "Chicago".

  • He seems to get a great response at all these shows... it's just a shame people weren't appreciative enough to keep the movie from bombing. :-(

  • You can tell he is singing this song. The dvd's special features has a focus on the songwriting and his singing.

  • it is someone elses voice, if u check the credits u'll see its not him, but they chose someone with a voice similar to him, just so that the performence will be at its best

  • Actually, you're wrong. If you checked the special features on the dvd, it is him singing.

  • yeah i have a copied dvd, no special features

  • Yeah, if you can't tell that's John's voice on the songs you're *extremely* dumb.

  • no thats him singing

  • i did not know that was his real voice during the singing scene in the movie. I thought that was someone else voice.

  • fuck yeah. i want this damn movie

  • his smash hit walk hard baby

  • Pure awesomeness.

  • "Dewey, you shouldnt walk SO hard." omg that shit was hilarious, "Id like to introduce to you The Hard Walkers." That movie was so fucking funny.

  • awesomw!!!
