pork is not healthy it has maggots in it and even if ppl say ur supposed to cook it teill it's well done that does not kill the ova(eggs) and then u eat them and they grow inside your body attack your heart and all other important organs, but you won't notice it right away but it will catch up to you very soon.
hello pork is not the only thing that gives you protein you can get that from sooo many different other foods!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't say pork wasn't safe to eat! I just thought lean protein was a bad way of describing pork and that I'm glad pork sales declined during the swine flu scare because pig farms are polluting the word!!! and I do know what I'm talking about. Why don't you do some research on pig farming. try googling "pig farming"
