What? Where the hell, in the civilised world, is it illegal to be pro nazi? It's illegal to deny people things due to racism, and in some countries have made denying the holocaust illegal, in even less countries, it's illegal to show swastickas, but where have you ever heard of it being illegal to be pro-Nazi in political views.

I know its definately illegal to be pro nazi in Germany and Poland and you can't run as a politician in some European countries because being pro Nazi means you agreed with the murdering and deaths of millions of people in ww2.

There's nothing illegal about running a party with the exact same political views that the Nazis ran with, aslong as you don't use Nazi symbols, or deny the Holocaust. There's nothing illegal about saying the Holocaust was a good thing, aslong as you don't say that you'd want to do a little ethnic cleansing of your own, and that's because of laws against genocide, not laws against Nazism.

In countries that weren't HUGELY effected by the Nazis, like Britain or American, there's nothing illegal and slipping into a Nazi arm band and goose stepping around the street shouting about how awesome panzer tanks are, if that's what you're in to, aslong as you apply for a march licence first, just like any parade, protest or march has to.

That has nothing to do with being pro-Nazi. John Cleese did a Sieg Heil in Faulty Tours, which is still illegal in Germany, and that doesn't mean he's pro Nazi. Being pro Nazi would mean that someone agrees, publically, or privatly with the political policies and ideals of the Nazi party which isn't illegal anywhere. Thinking that races should legally be stopped from mixing, for example, has nothing to do with whether someone does or does not do Nazi salutes in public.
