Oh my goodness- how did you lose 43 pounds in 42 days? Most people on hcg lose between 20-30. I lost 27.2 in my round, and my mom lost 31. I was just wondering if you did something different to have such great stats? I'd love to know- you have definitely lost the most of anyone I've seen in one round. That's amazing.

@HCGChica You must have read something wrong...I did my first 50 day round and lost 37lbs, then I went to do a 25 day round and lost another 13, a little over 50 lbs total.....Most men loose 1lb a day..women loose on average 1/2 lb a day.as the weight loss slows even on hcg while on your TOM...after TOM, you start loosing again..my average weight loss was .6 lb a day, a little over a half pound a day....it works great....that was 2 years ago this May I first started HCG....

You look radiant! Hard to believe you will be a grandmother?!?!? So you will skip Ph4 and go back to PH2? 6 weeks was a long time to maintain, but I did it. I'm on VLCD day 2. Lost 3.6 lbs. Not as great as 1st round-but still a loss. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you my dear...I will be a grandma in January 2010...yeah! so excited.. I think I will do Phase 4 through Nov/Dec, so I have the holidays to enjoy, and then get the other 15lbs of fat off of me starting the first of January....whew, then I will be done...what a wonderful weight loss journey this has been. Especially sharing it with people like you! :)

Thank you so much! It has been a great exciting weight loss journey. It was not painful at all to do this HCG diet. It was very easy, and the best thing is you're not hungry while on HCG. Every other diet I have tried, I did not loose the fat in the places I have lost with HCG. Thank goodness for HCG, my family and most of my friends are all on it and all doing fantastic. Our family get togethers now won't be so focussed on food anymore, as were all going to be thinnner! :)

Yeah, I guess it is now that you mention it. HCG is so great! It shows how much fat I used to have around my back and shoulders..and HCG zaps the FAT, we all know that! :)

Hi there, and thank you! An apple day is if you're stuck on a weight stall, like me..you can eat 6 apples in one day, nothing else, but your liquids, and the next day weigh in, you sould be down a pound or two!
