@deathacus The first two require learning the interface. MIDI nes only requires you know how to use your midi equipment.
With some good VSTs, FL Studio can make great nintendocore. There are a lot of free 8bit VSTs out there!

A CD player uses sample-based synthesis, MIDINES uses MIDI control data. It's not the same thing at all.
You'd have to transcibe the sang in question into MIDI data first, and then play it on the NES via MIDINES.
