I dont understand how to come in off of those disasters and lipslides in a pool. Coming back in is the hardest part, and these guys do it so fast. Can someone give advice on how to get back in off of these board tricks...?

basically, u wanna learn to switch rock first. go up fakie, and then just do a rock to fakie switch. to do that, approach like normal, then do the rock, and then the landing, push down on the nose, and let some weight of your back foot. and then basically, do the same on a disaster, then do the lipslide.
