  • i wanna see a race between this car and Usain Bolt

  • For the first time i finaly seen something good, but something is very bad. THERE IS A FUCKING ASSHOLE IN THE CAR, HE IS THE WORST DRIVER IN THE FORMULA 1 HISTORY!! GO TO HELL PUNK HAMILTON, GO, TO, HEEEEEEEEEELL!!!!!!!!

  • SOUND FROM 1930 AND HELMET FROM 1990 ! SENNA .

  • lewis hamilton is the 1st man to wear a helmet in the old F1 car

  • I think we could all drive a 1930s Mercedes at 40 mph.... and not miss gears like the child in the driving seat.

  • W

    O

    W

    !

    !

    !

  • He doing like 1/4 of this cars possible speed here lol

  • Top speed?

  • he seems slow, like not pushing the car enought

  • @joaohornburg I can't imagine how much this thing would cost to repair, I wouldn't want to push it to the limit on a track like the 'Ring, would you?

  • I wish these cars were in Gran Tursimo 5

  • loser

  • @9vdd9v1 do you mean lewis hamilton?

  • @9vdd9v1 yes

  • check the front posative camber on the 1934

  • Jesus.. hear that compressor..

  • Well, that looks boring!!

  • I bet he was thinking: "Oh shit, where's the fucking Kers!?"

  • damnit, I wanna see him floor it!!!

  • und er kompressor pfeift

  • The champs of the 30's and 40's would smack the new drivers about. Those cars had no aero, no TC, thin tires, no safety equipment, and the drivers used no helmets. A Fangio or Nuvolari in his prime would take it to today's cream of the crop in the same equipment.

  • @godlameroso You have to take into consideration the fact that the new drivers have to deal with speeds 30s 40s drivers couldn't even imagine possible. If you stuck Fangio into one of the modern day formula 1 cars, at his prime now, with out him being around whilst cars developed he'd probably would bin it the first corner. No doubt if they trained in modern cars then yeah, they would probably be just as good if not better.

  • next to each other, the old car is a monster truck compared to the current one

  • HAMILTON IS THE BIGGEST LOSER IN THE F1

  • @SESDAUMUIE you are the looser dickhead

  • @hamiltonfan4eva faggot

  • He is idiot? this car not for him

  • About as fast as the car he had in 2009!

  • Look the video in which he drives a SLR on wet!

The Auto Union is a 81 years old car, do you think the car is in perfect conditions?

And above all, his job consists in driving so he cannot take a lot of risk on this amazing but dangerous track. ;)

  • very fast

  • isnt thats a nazi f1 car?

  • @crbassassin ...no?

  • bring back this circuit in f1 plz!!!!! =D

  • @ikke3wie3anders3 They are driving on a tiny part of it... The rest of the track is way too dangerous.

  • @Krames92 i know -.- i'm not stupid!!!!!!!

    i mean : bring back the dangerous part in f1 =D !

  • @ikke3wie3anders3 yeah, screw saftey, racing is supposed to be dangerous! (not being sarcastic)

  • What a pity he can't drive...put todays wimps in REAL racing cars and see what you get...total failure!

  • one of the greatest drivers in the world but he cant drive this wow how things have changed ,he was shitting himself and it is worth 2 million euros but hey take it for a spin

  • ohaa.... the sound from the 1934 model :o

  • its sounds amazing!!!

  • that was the 2009 mclaren at the start, a terrible car at the start, but at the end of 09, a beast

  • @beyblader10171 the 2005 mclaren was the best ever

  • lol lewis ! utter fail at the gear changeing =P come on fella

  • @ Jespertichelaar.......you only add a bit of gas on a DOWN shift, and this is only done in a NON synchromesh gearbox

  • He looks funny when he's driving the old car with the new racing suit and helmet. Its like seeing Darth Wader on a white bicycle.

  • lol 2:12-2:16 is so anticlimactic

  • I've seen Alain Prost try an F1 (prost gp)maybe 10 years after he retires.. he could barely stay on track with it, been on the grass like 3 times in 8-10 laps..dont think 1930's world champ could do any better lol !!

  • Haha, interesting thought.

  • ist doch langweilig

  • hahah funny he's the current world champion...but he sucks at synchro shifting..i guess its part of evolution..we make new technology that in turn makes us more useless..

  • A good point, but I wonder how long the champs of the 1930s would last in a modern F1 car!

  • @AutoMiddleEast If they were brave enough to drive these crazy machines with bike wheels on, I don't think they would have any problem in soft cushioned seats of modern F1 cars surrounded by safety and technology...

  • @AutoMiddleEast F1 has gone from being crazy dangerous and difficult, to being really easy, and now that they've banned Traction Control - it's going back to being difficult again like the old days.

It's depressing watching Scumacher onboards from 2000-2005 and hearing just how much Traction Control there is.........

  • @AutoMiddleEast not long but the chaps from 1960's and 1970's would last alot longer

  • @AutoMiddleEast probably very good. Since the likes of Fangio e t c were pure talents no less than Ayrton, Schumi e t c they would most likely be competative after some time to adjust. Racing is an attitude and they had it as well as our modern drivers.

  • @AutoMiddleEast

The 1930s driver would pick up modern driving faster than a modern driver would pick up 1930s driving.

  • what may i ask is synchro shifting? sorry i am a huge motorsport fan but have never heard the phrase before.. lol maybe i should learn lol :P

  • When an Gearbox is synchro shifted you have to dubble clutch. That means (when you shift from 1st to 2nd) : Press the clutch, Put the gear in neutral, release the clutch, give it a bit of gas, press clutch again, put gear in 2nd and release clutch. It's quite hard actually. But I believe this is what's being meant by synchro shifting in this topic, isn't it? Who disagrees?

  • thanks buddy :) yehhh i couldnt do that either lol im bad enough when im trying left foot braking lol :P

  • worry not synchro shifting is only obligatory on big trucks or really old cars..so you can breathe easy ^-^..and if your having a shot at left foot breaking you should go to your local go kart place and just do laps until you get sick...its a great way to practice..and its just soooo fun!! haha and it also lets you practice on your other driving skills.. which is always good

  • very true mate will do :)

  • @Jespertichelaar You are korrect in the the first three steps of the procedure, but you do not give gas, you wait, and then shit into 2nd gear. When shifting down is where you give a bit of gas it was the klassic heel toe manouvre when braking at the same time

  • @pepe190 Ah okay! Thanks man! Learned another thing today! :-)

  • I guess it's just practise. If you never did it before you're not used to it. Like everything in life, you need to practice it.
