Snake blood and bile is commonly consumed in China but more as Herbal remedies, it's not reccomended humans drink more than 1 glass as it has a very high "Fire" properties and is an EXTREAM aphrodisiac and strong stimulant.

But in any case... kudos on being adventurous!

We all died!

There actually is only one glass of blood, one of venom, one of bile, one of penis (not sure that is 100% correct but its what the guy translated it to), one of seahorse. They are pretty much all watered down with Kaouhlang I think (Taiwanese alcohol), they are not 100%. Also there were snake oil pills to finish off. It gives you kind of a different buzz to alchohol, a bit giddy. Also both times I did it my feet went numb, this happened to some other people too.

wow. that's much different from my brother's friend. He had a few shots of chinese rice wine (112 proof!!) with fresh snake gall bladder. I belive he had 3 shots. at 4am he knocks on my brother's hotel room door, standing there in shorts and a tank top, cherry red from head to toe, it was 50*F out. He wasn't able to sleep but my bro told him to go out and find himself a women or something.

what happend to him? well... he went to sleep... eventually and was fine the next day. I think

Yes, the first time I did it I came off pretty bad, but I was also drinking a lot, and wasn't used to the Taiwanese food yet. I pretty much couldn't get out of bed the following day, and I don't really remember getting home. I just remembered there is also Ginseng in these shots so I cpould definately see u not sleeping. I actually don't think I was in bed before 6am either time.

haha that happens to me after a crate of budweisers lol, god id die on this still wanna try it tho where can we try all those shots you just had at once there, wheres the place and whats it called if you dont mind me askin? also how much will it cost for all them shots, kind regards...

You can get it at the Taipei tourist night market, down the alley with all the sex toys and souvenirs. There are a few shops, but the one we went to is the one with the white python just through the doorway. The shots are 100nt for however many there were (bout 6 each I think). Thats about $3 US I think. You can also get a set that come with a soup made from the snake, but I only tried the shots.
