I know how it feels to have property I can't claim, but my family lived on. My family is from St Vincent and we had family land that was taken away when my family was forced to leave after my grandfathers premature death.  Its how the world works, I live with it.

I do not agree with the tactics that suicide bombers and the like use to bring that message to the world, but I do understand the rage they must feel over it and the way they are treated today by Israeli forces in the West Bank and Gaza Strip at checkpoints.

It is a circular problem feeding on itself, and unless some brave people on both sides make moves without waiting for the other to do it first, nothing will be solved and people on both sides will continue to die.

that logic cuts both ways - we invaded Iraq partially to move the peace process forward - there was lots of push from Israel, and the message that the road to mid-east peace ran through Baghdad - once we were in Iraq, Israel moved the goal post - now the road runs through Tehran! - If we take out Iran they'll find some other enemy that keeps them from seriously negotiating peace and Palestinian statehood - they will not give up the West Bank until it is taken from them with force
