I have just ordered one of these. I can't figure it out, some sites say it has 3 forward gears and 1 reverse but I didn't think it had. Are they mixing it up with the f-150 ranger or f-350 highlift? I have found 3 sites that say it is 3 forward 1 reverse but others don't comment on a transmission.

This is just single speed tranny(well,no tranny, just diffs and spur gear)

The 3 gear ones are hilifts and cc-01 I belive.

yo, i seen these for cheap prices, are they good crawler/offroads plz respond fast, are they good like mud/dirt trucks, or regular crawlers?

Ok mudder. btw, now it is great crawler, 47t motor and custom wheels/tires. -with land rover series one body. top speed about 5mph -anywhere! fully locked 4x4 now. Will try to get it on tape some day...

With stock silver "mabuchi" motor(this vid), nearly slowest on the market. I belive that it tops about 15mph.

Yes you do have to assemble the truck and it is made by tamiya and most of there products are build kits.
