Not true at all. I've heard the same but people are making these claims most likely due to the fact that they haven't paid their taxes for 3 years which was a mistake starting up their NGO as they have learned. But Wyclef is a very very important figure for Haiti and he loves and knows where to directly support Haiti where the money is needed most, being that he is from there and loves the people of Haiti. He has even invest 1 million of his own money for Yele Haiti. So those claims are wrong.

They've also claimed that he mismanaged some funds administratively for his own beneficial purpose which again isn't true because all of the companies expenses are open for the public to see. He used the parts of the money as quick as possible to setup the foundation first and as more money comes in the more he can help effectively where it's needed most in Haiti. He goes to Haiti every week and is doing more right now than anyone else as 1 man. His Heart is in Haiti and he is definitely hurt.
