@CroixAllard i think crows are a lovely animal. i'm just glad to know that there are other animals that have the ability to think a bit like we do. they are beautiful and intelligent and i would love to have one as an animal companion. and although the common raven/crow is not a legal pet, white necked ravens and pied crows are. they are both magnificently intelligent and have a pretty splash of white feathers on their necks/chests. truly marvelous birds. to give one love and a home is my dream.

I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska, and I would watch the ravens do this same thing at the intersection next to where I worked. Ravens are beautiful and intelligent birds and it's amazing to watch them and see how they learn to solve problems.
i dont get why so many people hate them. same situation with seagulls. there's about five of them that come to my house and we always feed them cheese,bread, and nuts :)

This is EXACTLY like what I've witnessed when I was waiting for the bus a while ago. When the first passing car missed the nut the crow put the nut a feet away to the side for another attempt, very successfully. Crafty little bastards! I love them!
Ionce had a pet Crow that talked and even though he eventually went wild he always came back for a visit and spoke human words for many years after surprising all who witnessed the rare occasion, crows have eyes similar to humans thats why they can look you in the eyes ! thanks for the video !

I heard from someone who knew a person raising a crow that was injured and nursed to health. they said it had its own room and would collect objects on top of the door frame and it made a habit of unplugging the telephone cords.

I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska, and I would watch the ravens do this same thing at the intersection next to where I worked. Ravens are beautiful and intelligent birds and it's amazing to watch them and see how they learn to solve problems.

@oDREAMERRo because people are stupid they want good looking birds and think the raven is depressive, dark, loud and annoying. I think ravens are a piece of gothic beauty. They're fascinating and mysterious. Plus crows show feats of above average intelligence in the animal kingdom. That's also enough for me for wanting one. Not in a cage though, i'd like one wandering in my garden / house.

They're one of the few animals that know they are looking at themselves when they see their reflection in a mirror. Even dogs don't have this ability. They have also been known to construct simple tools in experiments. Crows and ravens are the smartest of all birds and they are some of the smartest of all animals.

This is EXACTLY like what I've witnessed when I was waiting for the bus a while ago. When the first passing car missed the nut the crow put the nut a feet away to the side for another attempt, very successfully. Crafty little bastards! I love them!

Ionce had a pet Crow that talked and even though he eventually went wild he always came back for a visit and spoke human words for many years after surprising all who witnessed the rare occasion, crows have eyes similar to humans thats why they can look you in the eyes ! thanks for the video !

I heard from someone who knew a person raising a crow that was injured and nursed to health. they said it had its own room and would collect objects on top of the door frame and it made a habit of unplugging the telephone cords.
