hi, i play microkorg, wld u recommend me getting any particular moogerfooger to make some Emmerson Lake and Palmer or Yes sounds? bit of a noob in this subject.
From one noob to another...Well...I would definitely go for the lowpass filter....and possibly a distortion pedal or a delay. I have always felt that the micro korg was slightly cold...so you could also experiment with using guitar amplifiers to give it more grit...
Hey Mattias, thanks a bunch for these videos. I love your attitude with the loopstation through the moogerfoogers. lots of room to play with the sounds.
I'm considering getting a Murf to use with a loop station. I play lap steel and guitar and hope to have some fun in the combination with a Murf.
What is the thing with the Bass Murf? It's a "heavier, darker sound" but what is your exsperience compared to the standard Murf?
The loopstation is agreat tool to try stuff out and demonstrate stuff like this...
The Bass Murf is Frequency Range is lower and therefor effects lowwer frequencies more...I would think that you should get the normal one but if possible...try the bass murf. I tend to use it a lot more...
Hi. This sounds great, but i have a question about the MuRF. Does it have a sample and hold, or random arpeggiator mode at all? If you could let me know, that'd be great. Cheers.
I dont think you can get it go random...I am not 100 % sure but if I could make it go random Id probably be doing it all the time...You could get two and a auto panner. and a delay
because of your videos, i'm falling in love with the MurF. If only I had the money to get one or the resources to steal it, or the money to hire someone with the resources to steal it for me, or some combination of the 3.
