I would be nice if you told us how to loose the weight fast but efficiently, like it says in the title. Don't just tell us that you need to lose it the right way, show us and tell us how. The title of this video is misleading and could be looked at negatively if you don't actually show how to lose the weight or at least give a few examples of excersises you can do.
