He has shown us the way to doing the Dhikr. Dhikr must be done silently and lonely. Not like you ppl shouting and singing with music. U know music is haram? even Duff. Study well bro. Anything happens apart from Rasoolullah's way in islam it will be rejected.
also you are saying that if it is different from the Prophet pbuh then it will be rejected. Look around and see how many different interpretations there are of Allahs message and Muhammeds messages. There are Hanafis, Shafis, Malikis, Humbalis, Wahabis, Soofis, Naqshbandis, Saifis, and countless others that all believe the same exact thing but it is interpreted differently by each and applied differently by each.
