Hmm, seemes to me the owner of this video is surreptitiously attempting to appropriate the resources of the Niger-Delta for the Igbo. This is an indication of what may befall the people of oil-producing communities should the balkanisation of Nigeria proceed as he advocates.
The Igbo is part of Niger Delta and according to the Biafran Charter, all ethnicities should and must keep their autonomy. You are indeed as sick as many One-Nigerianists. Hausa-fulani and Yoruba Oligarchs have exploited, plundered and waisted natural resources of the Igbo, Ijaw, Itsekiri, Urhobo, Ishan, Ogoni, Ibibio, Ugep, Efik, etc for thenmselves and idiots who hate the Igbo for no justified reason still make shameless attempts to smear their name. "[Troops on Tuesday intensified their offensive against Okerenkoko, another community in Delta State, razing down all buildings in the all-out confrontation against militants intent on making life impossible in the Deep South.]"
"[Community leaders said over 200 homes in Okerenkoko, the second largest settlement after Oporoza in Gbaramatu Kingdom, were left desolate by the Joint Task Force (JTF).]"
"The Ijaws are not surprised about the incident, because the name, Nigeria, exists notoriously by intimidating, victimising, marginalising and killing her citizens" - - - Arogbo Ijaw Youth Network (AIYN) Press statement condemning Nigeria's military action on Ijaw communities in the guise of searching for militants in the areas, Daily Independent, 22 May 2009
Hausa-fulani Islamic pogromist; Jihadist genocidists and Yoruba Oligarchs like Awolowo and Obasanjo are guilty of exploitaion, oppression and genocide. They have done this great evil against fellow Africans and against Africa. You cannot claim to love Africa while killing, in millions, the innocent indigenous Biafran peoples of Africa. These people are anti-African and inhuman.
If I am understanding Okoroman on his "What is Nigeria Part 2 of 2", the era he is talking about is more of the colonial pre -independent Nigeria as against the post independent Nigeria? Is Okoroman trying to say that Colonialists rule in Africa is far better than the African trying to rule himself? If that is the case, is division the only alternative as an option to people like you?
The difference between the European imperialists is the foresightedness in which they make allowance for unity even when disunity becames inevitable. Our African tribal bigots only think about division for ever. Even monkeys in the heart of Congo forest strive for unity despite the inevitables. All our African brothers divisionists do is to divide and devide, to appease the imperialists. We surely can do better than that!
Biafra7, why can't you say that "since the amalgamation of Hausa, Yoruba and Ibo in 1914" by the British Governor, Lord Lugard on behalf of his motherland? You speak as if the amalgamation of the components of Nigeria was by itself, the indegens themselves or by God. It is by the imperailists for its selfish interest, and so shall it be forever as long as the imperialsists wants it to remain so. Let us get Africa to free herself together!
"Since the amalgamation of the Southern and Northern Provinces in 1914, Nigeria has existed as one country only on paper. It is still far from being united. The country is inhabited by peoples and tribes who speak different languages, who have different religions, different customs and traditions and entirely different historical backgrounds in their way of life, and who have also attained different stages of development.." --- Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa in Northern legislative Council, 1953.
now with all ur barking and shouting, u probably will be saying nonsense.u're shouting biafra, biafra as if anyone stops u fom developing. so u think other coutries of the world enjoy being together? no! check in france, britain, rwanda, china and even the >50states in usa, they all wish to be seperated, but patience and understanding of eachother as made them what they are.
Look I agree by blaming the governments, but this wouldn't bring no change, stop complainng as if it's only the east
Adedamex, how is speaking out against the evil that is Nigeria offend you if you are not a beneficiary of other peoples' oppression? You support other people in other countries being oppressed then? The "understanding" you mention is one in which a group(s) is exploited, oppressed, murdered while the perpetrators of these violations benefit from this. Yes,its only the East that has endured war with is territory as theatre. They have endured genocide in millions, incalculable exploitation etc.

"The conquest to the sea is now in sight. When our god-sent Ahmadu Bello said some years ago that our conquest will reach the sea shores of Nigeria, some idiots in the South were doubting its possibilities. Today have we not reached the sea? Lagos is reached. It remains Portharcourt. It must be conquered and taken.." --- Mallam Bala Garuba. West African Pilot Newspapers. December 30, 1964.
"We do not want sir, our Southern neighbors to interfere in our development. I should like to make it clear to you that if the British quitted Nigeria now at this stage the Northern people(Moslems) would continue their interrupted conquest to the sea." --- Mallam Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, speaking in the Northern Region's House of Assembly in 1947. He was to later become Nigeria's first and only Prime Minister in October 1, 1960 rigging all elections and census under his administration(1960-1966).
"It is difficult to govern a country like Nigeria. It is artificially created, divided into Moslem North and Christian and pagan South" - Margareth Thatcher, former British Prime Minister, from the book titled: The Downing Street Years. H. Collins 1998.
The spate of anti-Igbo and Biafran pogroms and genocide that have occurred in mainly northern but other parts of Nigeria - 1945, 1953, 1966(all over Nigeria), 1967 -1970 (Biafra/Nigeria war), 1980, 1982, 1985, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1999,2001,2002,2004,2005,2006 and 2008.
I promise u if igbos live, it wouldn't affect Nigeria at all, we would still develop, prosperous...it would pain us less(the truth)]
It would just pain me to see great friends and ppl go who don't know why they are even going yorubas has oil(ondo), we have agricultur, we also have the brain so also the Hausas and edos...
Lets guess: the answer could be that they are still preparing for their Oduduwa/Oodua republic, but in the mean time hope to gain from the Niger Delta as much as they can and so their youth now champion the "cool" name "Naija". ... But we would like them to answer the question. Where is the spokes person for the Oodua Nation?
Oduduwas don't cause war or hatred, I never see their videos on utube disgracing Nigeria or igbos, I never see them fighting only stopping corruption and criminal activities.
It is 48 years since the mistake called Nigeria had political freedom, and Hausa-fulani Islamic Jihadist genocidist and Yoruba Oligarchs like Obasanjo had all elections and census rigged, rejected a popularly clamour for Sovereign National Conference, squandered $400 Billion dollars revenue from oil and maintained a 63-year genocide against Biafrans and a 41-year occupation of their land. Nigeria has to evacuate Biafraland in respect of Its right of Self-Determination.
I promise if Biafra goes, Nigeria would still fulfill her poart, she would still be great..it would just pain me to see great friends leave who don't know why they are living.
Lets go back to 1957 when the british first offered independence. The North (hausas) said that they weren't ready so Awo told Azikiwe that the East and West should go it alone. Guess what Zik refused. Zik didn't want competition from the Yorubas so he allied with the Hausas and both of them delayed our independence for another 3 years. After independence Zik got his wish and the Igbos dominated the North thereby incurring the resentment of the hausas. TELL THE TRUTH!!!!!!
The unworkable geo-political contraptions in Africa, which Nigeria is a suiting example of, has remained the bane of the continent. To create workable governments, the RIGHT of SELF-DETERMINATION must be supported, demanded or claimed by any justifiable means. Nigeria, even according to those who have run it for the past 48 years, like Gowon, Danjuma, Enahoro, Ejoor etc have admitted to the mess that it is. The worst scenerio will remain a violent bid for freedom amongst those who are oppressed
nigeria is like heaven..i am happy when i go there and the people there are great..ur jealousy is making urself look stupid..y don't u focus on improving ur country instead of worrying about nigeria which goes to show how much u really love nigeria..i saw ur profile and most of your videos are about nigeria..r u that obsessed??..my non-nigerian friends saw ur profile and think ur a fool and they want 2 visit nigeria just by watching ur videos..ur just making us more famous thank u dumbass haha
What drugs are u on?? alot of non-nigerians i know don't feel the same..i can tell dat u don't get out much instead u waste ur time making bullshit videos...who da hell told u that nigerians and non-nigerians think dat..i can tell u don't have any friends..gets ur facts straight before u make ur stupid ass videos..oh yea my brother's bajan fiancee went to nigeria.she's been there alot and loves it so what the fuck are u talking about??? at least i can back my shit up unlike u..haha what an idiot
Nigeria is a fool's paradise, a jester's haven where members of the looting class use divine and spiritual paradigms to help perpetuate the poverty syndrome. In Northern Nigeria, the Emirate system creates a large poor class who accept their poverty as divine will of God. To this class of materially disadvantaged people, the Emir with his flock of cattle, companies and bank accounts, is the redeemer to whom they must flock to receive material relief from hunger." - (Daily Independent 8/18/08)

Interviewer's Question: "Do you think Nigeria should become a Sharia Nation?"
Governor: "That is my ambition and that is the ambition of every moslem in this country."
Governor Ahmed Sani of Nigeria's Zamfara State (1999 - 2007) after instituting Sharia law in the state. 19 Northern Nigerian States still enforce Sharia Law today(December, 2008)
Hausa and fulani has ruled Nigeria since 1960 both directly and by proxy(e.g. obasanjo and Gowon). Every election and census has been rigged and sovereign national conference rejected by the federal government of the north. If the northern Oligarchs does not want to lift their people from poverty, ignorance and disease in 48 years, it seems illogical for anyone to expect them to do for others what they would not do for themselves.

African colonisation is responsible for poverty and all sorts of suffering. May Freedom and Independence come and set African peoples free from African colonialists.
"... Look at Nigeria today, we have the problem of mass illiteracy, poverty, sanitation, good roads, power supply and things are not just working generally. It is because these cabal would no want anything to work, so that they can continue to put Nigerian money into their pockets."
"Even at that, they continue to make misguided statements. And my feeling is that if the masses in the North decide to fall in line with their oligarchy against the rest of us, we will stand up to them."
Nigeria is what you see it to be.I believe in my country, I have no other country to call my own.Ojukwu travels on a Nigerian passport, so why are you fooling yourself. He has forgotten totally about Biafra, he contested for Presidential elections..He said Biafra is dead in 1970, from the moment he ran away like a coward.Biafra is dead.Your write up is pure rubbish. How come Ibos always migrate. The DEAD is dead.

"Now, it is time to say no. Nigeria should stop shedding the blood of our people to oil the machinery of exploitation of their resources. It would no longer be the blood of Isaac Boro, it would no longer be the blood of Ken Saro Wiwa and 9 Ogoni leaders. It would no longer be the blood of the people of Odi, blood of the people of Choba, blood of the people of Odioma... it would no longer be."
okoroman, I share your dream for an autonomous biafra. But remember that the battle wouldn't be easy. We don't have anyone one on our sides. Even our niger delta brothers don't want us.
"All the ethnic groups in Nigeria had their administrative structures long before colonial rule was imposed on us. We cannot expect them all to cling uncompromisingly to the Unitarian system that may mean very little to them and then mortgage their future, the future of their children and even the future of their children's children."
Nigerian "reformed" Nationalist Anthony Enahoro at the burial ceremony of Ralph Uwazurike's Mother. Daily Sun Newspapers. Monday January 21, 2008.
Since 1970, each successive Nigerian government has been more corrupt and more brutal than the one before it. Since the year 2000, Transparency International has ranked Nigeria (#1) as the most corrupt country in the whole world two times, and (#2), second most corrupt country in the world two times. Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba oligarchs have stolen massive amounts of money that most Biafrans cannot even imagine.
From Yakubu Gowon, to Mohammed, Shagari, Babangida, Abubakar, to Obasanjo and now Yaradua, it has been government of the thieves, for the thieves by the thieves. They have dumped some of this money in private accounts in Europe and used some of it to develop Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, Sokoto, Kano, Bauchi, and Jos which they know are not your towns.
The Igbo had spearheaded the liberation of Nigeria from formal British rule. The east was a booming economy, enjoying Africa's highest growth rate. It was educationally and economically much more advanced than any other part of Nigeria. The east was on course to developing into a leading economic and industrial power in another decade, fulfilling a comprehensive socio-economic transformation goal it had launched in 1954.
"He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it."
Apostles of "One-Nigerianism" may keep trying to excuse the inexcusable and defend the indefensible about the sick status of the crumbling State of Nigeria. What is the excuse for what is happening in the "Niger-Delta" this time?
"In a further show of its insincerity, the government of Umaru Yar'Adua ordered an invasion by the Nigerian military to several peace loving Ijaw communities in Edo, Bayelsa and Ondo states..on June 8, 2008. The invading force carried out terrible atrocities such as rape, vandalism and murder before razing down houses..while they deceitfully call for a summit on the Niger Delta." - Jomo Gbomo Movement For the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) spokesman. Daily Sun. Wednesday June 11, 2008.
Niger Delta is now at war as the illegitimate nigerian government under Yaradua puts N444.6 billion naira to militarize the zone, which translates to extermination.
"Official policies, written or unwritten, have always been implemented against the peace and progress of the people of the former Eastern Region (Biafrans). The road network in the East is a nightmare; no easterner can aspire to become president of Nigeria; their young men and women are discriminated against and denied jobs in the civil service and so on." DR Ralph Uwazurike (MASSOB Leader and Biafran Frontline Nationalist) ----- Daily Independent Newspapers. Sunday June 1, 2008.
"Nigerians" need to face up to the reality of their failed Pseudo State called 'Nigeria' plagued by unending crisis. The myriad ethnic and religious contradictions have simply made it impossible to make any progress even with abundant human and material resources.
A State should serve 'the people', not the people for the state - the people however protect the State that protects their interest(s). This State called Nigeria was created, not to Serve the population/people some call Nigerians, but by 'aliens' to serve external interests, at the expense of the people/populace it occupies by brutal State Force and machinery. Nigeria's dysfunction has produced an incalculable and irreparable loss on its populace, a tragic malignancy that yet endures.
"Law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice and when they fail in this purpose they become the dangerously structured dams that block the flow of social progress."
I live in Europe and I have followed European history since the middle ages; what this guy is blabbing here shows a lack of scientific historical facts. Maybe he knows historical facts, but along the line decided to miscontrue it for his selfish aims. So did the Nazis and this guy is no better than a Nazi. You have the right to want to liberate your people; however, learn to respect other people. Your purpoted enemies are actually in your own midst, they speak the same language as YOU.
BIAFRA! You can still rise to heights.DETERMINE. High time U thought of your FREEDOM. CHALLENGE: People FEAR TO RISE AND OPPOSS EVIL,letting evil rule them until they perish. When will we wakeup? I would think that Nigerians who have listened to such issues like these change and begin to think wisely of their lives, and property. Away with corrupt people like those, PEOPLE DON'T SELL UR BIRTHRIGHTS FOR MERE PORTAGE! WAKEUP! Thanks to brave men like this one, FEARLESS TO POINT OUT EVIL.BLESSED!
47 years and on and Nigerians are waiting for another rigged election in 2011 which will ushered in the illegitimate president Yar'Adua for a second term and in 2015 rig in a relative or friend in an endless cycle of subversion of democracy and human rights. This speaks a lot of the Nigerian people who are docile to this malicious and criminal Islamic hegemony. They yet suffer until they rise for their freedom. As for Biafrans we possess our freedom from our maker. Nigeria must be abolished.
"That the state is inferior to its peoples, irrespective of race, continent, region, religion and belief system is irrefutable. African nations, namely Igbo, Wolof, Yoryba, Asante, Baganda, Bakongo, Bambara, Malinke, Kru, Fante, Nupe, Tiv etc remain the basis for the regeneration of Africa's development.." ------- Herbert Ekwe-Ekwe.
I am so happy with this video.u've mentioned everyone;Harry,Ken etc but you have forgotten your own 21st century leaders like Nnamani,Kalu,Deprieye and host of others who are deprieved their citizens the rights to normal life.I am pretty sure u are a learned person & u have the right of freedom of speech,it would have been better if u can use ur potential in a better way rather than this, bcos no matter what u say, this video cant go beyond YOUTUBE! lol! Think twice bro!
It happens that those stealing the oil resources since 1956 are Hausa/fulani Islamic Jihadists and Yoruba Oligarchs like Obasanjo. They are in the second phase of killing Niger-Deltans after which they will take over the land and Igbo Biafrans will be the next. Igbo are actually the main obstacle or they would have wiped the minorities out. Get your freedom from your oppressor first and don't point at the one innocent of your suffering, actually suffering with you. Make sense.
"Two Key International Organisations (National Democratic Institute(NDI) led by former United States Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright), and European Union Elections Observation Mission (EU EOM), yesterday declared last Saturday's presidential and National Assembly elections in Nigeria as heavily flawed and, perhaps, the worst in all regions of the world." ------ The Guardian Newspapers. Tuesday April 24, 2007.
i also agree with you...we will take the time to comment on vids that are meaningless..this is a must see for everyone...listen and think about what he is saying people...im not nigerian but i have loved ones that live there

If that is the case, is division the only alternative as an option to people like you?
ActionGroupA 2 years ago
