I have great news! I found a seller on eBay who sells the exact same size and style shackle in stainless steel for $8.95. The titanium one weighs 1.1oz and the stainless one weighs 1.4oz which is not bad considering that it costs 1/10th the price... Thought you guys might want to know.

titanium is much lighter and it's kind of a piece of jewelry (for me) ;)
