@TranshumanCyborg try using a specific water filter. be sure to ask your provider if it removes flouride bcause sometimes they do not.Warning though, they get a bit pricey depending on where you are, but IMO the price isn't really anything when its about health. further, i've heard others state that by boiling the water you kill the flouride. I talk about the dangers of fluoride to all my friends and family. Not interested. Don't believe it. Mostly they don't believe the government would do the wrong thing. I live in Australia. I have an RO filter and plead with my youngest son to listen to me and he won't. The other son believes it is bad, but is procrastinating about buying a filter.
