I'm the guy who made the Poison House video, and no, it's not an easy level by any means. You're thinking of Trauma Tower; I always thought it was pretty fair difficulty, so when raocow had a lot of trouble with it, I made a no-savestates video.

Then a couple months later some Japanese guy uploaded a much better playthrough than mine and didn't replace the awesome music with terrible music. Oh well.

It's almost the poison ghost house place. I remember a video of a guy doing that without save states and in the description he said you were bad at the level. I'm not surprised you did bad. I mean who would have guessed to get the 1-up and have it at that place to make you invincible?

I just played that level on the GBA. I thought it and other levels in World 7 were refreshing and fun after some annoyingly difficult ones.
