If you havent blown your meter up allready doing some of the things the below comments said to do pm me. Even if you have blowed it up i'll tell u how to fix it easy
Good work mate, maybe use some silica gel inside before you seal to take care of moisture. I dont think a vaccum or inert gas in necessary once the moisture is removed.
the 10 amp setting is the max your meter will do. Take the red wire and plug it into the other hole on the left. switch to 10 amps. but don't not do this until the meter is set up the way you want. then hook up the leads. if you don't set up the meter first, you will fry it. good luck!
nice video, just move the black lead on your meter over to the far left and put your meter on 10 amp that means you can only measure up to 10 amps the panel will be around 3.2 to 3.6 amps.
@gettinready101 yes move the red lead just in case he is still trying to figurer this out a year latter :) I am pretty sure he is not making any more solar panels after the first one :)
squish rubber tubeing into a hole and push in a football inflation tube adapter that comes with most 12v mini compressors to vac out the air., gob some silicon arround the tube as you draw it out and the silicone will get sucked into the hole.
maybe better to pump inert gas like nitrogen or helium into it from other end and plug it as you remove the air,
or just gently pressurize with helium and seal it.
Hey you can test up to and over 10 amps for a few seconds.put the switch on 10amp put your red lead in the amp whole and put the leads on both wires coming out of your panel red+ black- that would be open amps or hook your -from panel to -on a battery and then put +from panel to red lead on meter and then hook black lead from meter to battery and that will be working amps.70 watts sounds about right.I hop this helped if not let me know.TAKE CARE
enjoying your vids
just one thing (as a total novice) if painting inside a silk white
would that bring the volts up as it would keep cooler and reflect more light??

@gettinready101 The red lead would be the correct move.
