The only thing you can do is to form a party. This party should consist of other people suffering like you. A group of you will sort out one persons problem, then the next persons problem etc. The suffering person should not try to sort out his/her own problems because of the backlash.

You have a the right to enjoy your property and the right to peace and quiet. Clearly you're not getting that where you live. I would sue the landlord and your neighbor in small claims court for "loss of enjoyment of property"

my donkey neighbours are grade a assholes, 3 fucking years and council dont do a damn thing to help, so what i do now is drown there shit out with plucking a string on my guitar and lay it in front of the amp and speaker and leave, it sounds like a rhino herd with the feedback, touchwood the amp aint blown out yet but the bastads shut up, but when they start at around 8pm i turn my hi fi speakers towards the wall turn up and drown them assholes out!!!! bastads!!!!!!
