  • and I would suggest that this bloke in the CSL has more car control drifting round a roundabout than you have driving normally (or me either tbh) sooo judge not lest ye be judged

  • @StigRossi I know for a fact that if I displayed the attitude you are with regard to the actions of this driver, I wouldn't last long in my job at all, or even get put in jail. I am sure it will become more clear to you as you continue to "grow up". I am not doubting he/she is a good driver and it is fun, but there is a time and place for everything and that wasn't the time or place. Even the best drivers still make mistakes and crash. The "stig" and "val" have crashed many times in their lives.

  • @mafiand

Fair enough. You make valid points in your argument, however you've failed to answer me re: speeding on public roads and if you do it.

  • @StigRossi I did answer the question about speeding, look below. However the argument is NOT about speeding, it was the act of drifting like that on a busy public road and not somewhere like a track or out the back of a quiet industrial estate etc. It is about choosing your time and place to do something like this. What was done on this video was neither the time nor the place, and placed uneccessary risk to innocent bystanders going about their everyday business.

  • @mafiand

Oh so you never speed on public roads. Okay then, fair enough, you can have at this guy.

If I misunderstood you however, and you DO speed, you realize that you are standing on a very slippery slope and that in the eyes of some you are just as dangerous as anyone.

Also, I think it a bit silly and futile to go on youtube and comment on vids of ppl driving fast/dangerously. I mean, guy, you do realize how many videos there are like this? Just as an example, look up "Ghost Rider BMW"

  • @StigRossi I am a BMW enthusiast and thought I would have a bit of fun. Much like you actually but on the other side of the argument! Sometimes I like playing the 'Devil's Advocate'. On another note, with your comment earlier your slope is even more slippery than mine... ;-) Thanks for the discussion. Take care!

  • mamma miaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • che minchiata

  • where the hell is that?

  • è la rotonda di opera quella... l'm3 lo vedo ogni tanto in giro. Gran bel mezzo ;)

  • che figata

  • not too bad man not too bad.u have to work a lıttle bıt more ı gıve u that

  • wtf did he do wrong here? there was traffic and the first drift was perfect so he obviously knows what he was doing. gtfo.

  • driver is very good ill give em that.

  • You was doing it on normal road, that's crazy!!!!

  • were*

  • Ma è la rotonda di Opera??

    Cmq l'ultima driftata è perfetta ;)

  • get fukd i never said anythin about them

  • the last drift is the better, but the drift in general is okay

  • Nice car, looks like fun, but what an absolute idiot for doing that on a public road. Especially with that much traffic. It is complete twats like you that make our insurance premiums so high. I am sure there are tracks or other places to do that in a controlled environment.

  • @mafiand How cares if its public ROaD?? it GERMANY THEY COULD DO WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY WANT!!

And its not your car so if he hits someone thats on him not YOU!!

so dont worry ABOUT ITTTT!!! /

oh by the way ///M power rules!

  • @Alex325iBMW If that is the way you think then I would not be surprised to hear of you as another statistic who lost control and hit a powerpole/tree. Just don't take anyone else out with you. That's why we have tracks as they are safer. Even the best can loose control... I also hazard a guess you don't have kids? How would you like it if someone did that, lost control and took your child out who was innocently riding their bike etc along a the road. It is not just on them now isn't it??

  • @Alex325iBMW This wouldn't fit in the last retort, but it's people like you who give more responsible motoring enthusiasts a bad name. I am almost ashamed to be part of the BMW community with "knuckledraggers" like yourself making childish comments like that. Once you leave school and are old enough to hold a license (which is a privilege and not a right) hopefully you will have 'grown up' a bit more. Why the school student thing? With spelling and punctuation/grammar like that, it's elementary!

  • @mafiand

You know what? You can comment WHEN he does something stupid mate, otherwise piss off.

Do you ever break the spd limit? Then you're just as illegal so STFU and go drive your Volvo 850 at 55 on the motorway mate.

  • @StigRossi Yes I have broken the speed limit, on track days with my local car club in my E36 325i coupe, Mazda 3MPS and my motorbike. There's nothing wrong with going out and doing things like that, just not on a public road with a lot of people around. I've had family members who were killed by idiots driving like that. I have heard iodine is good for the scabs on the back of your knuckles. If you can't understand what I just said this may help you. Ugh grunt snort yo ohh fooly sic ugh grunt.

  • @mafiand

Mate, I'm a medical student soo no need for the grunts yeah.

You ride a bike - what kind? I ride a Multistrada atm.

Anyway, I ride like a tit tbh, and as a result don't judge anyone else for driving/riding like one. The day they kill someone I'll judge them, but until that point I'd advise you to quit pretending that everything is a slippery slope into hell.

  • @StigRossi Med student hey, well done. You must be a student because I bet you after a while in your job in the real world I wouldn't be surprised if you change your tune after continually seeing road trauma victims. I was only just following your lead in the stereotyping with the 'grunting' as you automatically assumed I was a Volvo driver. All's fair in love and war! As I said, I had a very close family member killed by a driver doing things just like this so I think I have the right "judge".

  • Sry, I didn't read ur post properly. You said you've broken the spd limit on trackdays - technically thats an erroneous statement as there is no spd limit on trackdays but anyway. You didn't answer my question: do you or do you not break the speed limit when you drive to work/shops/gym/wherever. I'm not asking if you've EVER broken it as I presume you're a normal person and you have, I'm just asking if you break it semi-often now

  • @StigRossi In the act of overtaking on a single lane country road I have gone over the speed limit (by around 10-20km/h) to reduce my time on the "wrong side" of the road, however I do not speed or "intentionality break traction" at all when driving to the shops etc. There is a time and place for everything. Just like you, my job requires me to responsible as one little mistake from me could result in the death of a few hundred people. I am responsible for the lives of thousands of people a day.

  • last one is awesome, some people say like if it were easy

  • well practice makes perfect.

  • e vai drift davanti la coop ;)

  • i dont wanna be a piece of shit, but u need practice on other places then out in the street, i "drift" better with my volvo...
