Hey there... I heard this song a week ago on "the George Strombo Show", an evening showcase of true quality music showcasing b-sides and generally overlooked great music of all genres. I have to agree with you regarding the bands short lived radio play when they released "on and on". Other bands have fared better with singles in the ever so profitable 90"s...For other forgotten great music tune into cbc 105.7 "drive" at 3pm or 4pm vancouver time

Coldplay affectively damaged indie music to a point that we are still recovering from the fallout even now although if longpigs hadn't split, then richard hawley wouldn't have joined pulp for the 'Hardcore' sessions. For me, that was a match made in heaven. Jarv and Rich, two sheffield powerhouses of music!!!

MTVs 12 Angry Viewers - where they would gather a bunch of dunces who only liked rap and pop music were played new groups. If the dunces liked the song it would be given rotation. If they didn't, it wouldn't be given rotation in MTVs music line up. Go figure that a bunch of rap and bubble gum pop fans didn't like this song. It got voted down - so MTV didn't run it.

I remember when these guys came to california to the filmore in san francisco.

we had an interview with the band after show back stage these guys rocked the joint!!

nice guys never heard from them again touring around the bay or in states for that matter.

they have such a clean soft touch about there rock in roll real deep .

i guess i was one of the few lucky ones to cross there paths. this song and lost myself and jesus christ have to be my all time favorites
