This was all done immediately after he recovered all Kuwati gold stored beneath the towers. Many construction teams were sent back from the underground tunnels as troops removed the bars and loaded them onto the trucks. Giuliani profited and helped plan 9/11.

Why do people want to attack Giuliani about needing benefits? The Social Security takes care of benefits for these people not the city mayor. He cannot do anything to help these people, he is not the mayor any longer and has no power and is not responsible for these people.

The benefits they are speaking of are NOT provided by the employer, ie. the City of New York [Giuliani]. No company or city official in any town in all of America is responsible for these benefits. These benefits are provided by the federal government in the form of the Social Security Administration. The only persons who influence federal government are the president and congress. This is ignorant misplaced blame.

Why? Because Rudy authorized the no bid contract violating city regs that gave us those crappy radios that prevented us from hearing evacuation orders. He decided to close the site while our dead brothers and sisters and thousands of civilians were lying underneath so he could clean up the site with bulldozers and dump the remains of the dead in the Staten Island Garbage dump.

He chose to put the Emergency command center in the WTC against the advice of many experts and blamed his commissioner when it was revealed he over ruled him. The center collapsed with the WTC and rendered it useless in the attack. There was no way any responder could speak to other agencies because of the contracts he approved to save money.He knew these radios failed in the first WTC bombing in 1993 and failed to act on that information and all the studies since.

I'm sorry for the problems that faced you during the 9/11 bombing. Often hindsight is 20/20 when government makes decisions. And for that matter we all make bad decisions that we would change if we knew what the future would hold. However, that has nothing to do with the fact that this video is speaking of benefits to those suffering who should be talking to President Bush and the Social Security Amdinistration instead.

NO. City workers have contractual Workers compensation benefits and pension which they are wrongly being denied. They are losing their homes and health due to no treatment. SS will not pay for work related illnesses for a long period of time. The city is fighting ALL 9/11 claims. This is a city issue "1 mind" not a federal one.

SSA does give benefits to those who are deemed no longer able to work which can extend indefinitely. This is a federal issue. If the city is denying contractual benefits then there must be a legal reason such as act of God, terrorism, or some other stipulation that voids the contract promising compensation benefits in that event. Rudy Giuliani could not and cannot, as current or former Mayor, force anyone at the City of New York to honor or not honor a contract. You give him too much power.

I, along with several co-workers, predicted that Republicans would be blamed for 9/11. NYC is the ONLY place in the nation that would have elected Hillary, and the hatred for anything Republican is huge. You had to be in that city, experiencing the panic and bone-wrenching fear on 9/11, to understand how we depended on Rudy for leadership. We thought the whole country had been hit.
