That is the best lighting set for the dj case I ever seen. Awesome set up makes it mush easier to Dj in the dark and not worrying on depending on over head lights.

Is the stand vertical or is it slanted forward? How did you sit the stand (under the case or between the case and the ns7)

@DJTJUAS it is vertical. There is notches on top and bottom to stop it from leaning forward. Do you have the numark case? if you down the are foam rectangles that support the middle of the NS7 while in the case. i i do is slide the bottom of the stand between the foam and the ns7 so i am using the weight of the NS7 to hold the stand in place and it does the job for me.

@DJTJUAS Thanks, it is Odyssey L-Stand M Mobile Laptop stand and the max height is 14.5". It's a good stand compared to the first one they made this stays put together.

very very very VERY cool my friend. i'm about to pick up an NS7 for myself too. i got offered 2 residencies at some lounges by my house that require the DJ to bring his own decks/mixer. i figured the NS7 is the ultimate space saver that still feels like "really mixing" (sorry, not a fan of all those laptop DJ's now a days.) i will definitely look into doing this mod to my flight case.

@DjHifonix I am a mobile dj so something small and somewhat light is key. The whole reason why i added the lights LED is thte way to go and they are all set up within my case. If you go to the website you might want to look at their new kits which have the sound activated module.

hi i have to ask u this because im thinking about geting the ns7 can u use a amp for the speakers on this like u would do on a reg mixer ??

@italianmale6008 yeah of course the middle part is just a mixer minus some inputs. I myself am using powered speakers.

Is the light dmx or just a audio sensor? can you choose which colors it will cycle through?

@RedRavenRuler nope no sound activation, but there is a wireless remote that used to control all the functions.

@RedRavenRuler @dave41222 $60 for the lights and thats a good price for multicolor LED's i can not post link in comments ill put it in the description. They shipp real fast and yes one remote control all lights. My setup uses 4x 1foot strips.
