  • She must have sold her soul to get a top TV show for eight years...lol That's my opinion, maybe I am wrong about it.

  • I met Liz and her daughter Rebecca through my moms friend who was the governest for Elizabeth. I was 13 at the time.

  • I bet she was a great mom...Sad to hear she doesn't think she was..

  • she was gorgeous. the first time I really thought about my age when she died!

  • wow a great lady!

  • I had a crush on her growing up. Such a pretty lady. A wonderful actress. Bewitched will always be one of my favorite comedies.

  • They just don't make fun shows like the 60's magic shows any more

  • I was in that home.. beautiful

  • I met Liz at her home when I was 12, She was so beautiful and so kind,, I also met her daughter Rebecca,

  • @2vacuumboy How Did you meet Elizabeth Montgomery & her daughter?

  • @KidHunni @2vacuumboy I wan to hear the story too!

  • omg what a cheesy opening lol gotta love the.....whatever year it is.

  • John Tesh, what a block head.

  • elizabeth montgomery was the best full stop.

the good ones allway's die way to young.

  • One of my first TV crushes!

  • miss her

  • She says the same thing in all her interviews. How she was never board and it was like being in college for eight years.

  • wow, that's insane, she was 59 when this interview took place...

  • I saw an old Twilight Zone episode with her in it, and she had dark hair. I think she looked better in dark hair.

  • what is john tesh up to these days?

  • I wish somebody here could explain why she never visited or even gave one single phone call to say hi to Dick York who was going through rough times in his life ever since he left Bewitched. It seems all strange to me for her to suddenly just cut ties with him. Poor guy, always so modest, never wanting to accuse anybody of anything bad. I just watched his last interview here in Youtube.

  • @ynashizzle that isn't true. her and dick york did remain friends

  • @ynashizzle - how do you know she didn't remain in contact with Dick York? You think all that is known about celebrities is what you read about or hear? She stayed in contact with Dick Sargent. Last time I saw them together they were riding on a float in the LA Gay Pride parade. She was asked why she was there, and she said something like "to support my bud, here" - meaning Sargent - who was gay. She didn't seem like the kind of person who would cut ties with the down-and-out York.

  • @ApocalypsePlough York was also interviewed in 1992, his last actually and he was asked when he was last in touch with Montgomery. He said he hasn't seen her in a while. He called her months earlier but he was told she was away or something like that. Wanna see? Search the video "Bewitched: Dick York - Interview (1928-92).avi" uploaded by tvserien1. Thank you.

  • I stand corrected @ApocalypsePlough, 2:43, he never saw Montgomery again after leaving the show years back. He called her weeks earlier, not months, and she was busy or out of town, he said. So no, I don't just believe what I see or hear or read about UNLESS the info came from the subect matter itself or shall I say, himself. I just can't say what happened after that interview.

  • @ApocalypsePlough Unfortunately, ynashizzle is correct. Plenty of interviews with Dick York where he says he hadn't talked to her in years. Also, I read a great book by one of the producers of Bewitched, William Froug, who said it was a relatively quiet set, everybody was professional and got along. The one exception was that Elizabeth Montgomery refused to speak to Dick York when they were not in a scene together. He never knew why that was, but it was obvious she didn't care for him.

  • That picture they showed of a man with Liz was not Bill Asher. I don't know his name but he's been on Bewitched.

  • I loved watching Elizabeth Montgomery on Bewitched in the UK as a child in the late 80s and 90s, I was gutted when I found out she had died in the late 1990s around 2004...I read an article about her online back then that she said to her husband whilst she knew was going to die that she hoped he would move on with his life and meet someone else. How selfless and loving is that? What a nice lady, a truly wonderful human being, RIP Elizabeth.

  • She was still sexy right up until her death

  • Tesh wore THAT shirt for the interview? Oiy vey!

  • I love Liz Montgomery..but I can't stand that patronizing interviewer:Mr.Tesh(or as I prefer to call Mr.Dumb Tush).

  • oh i am very sad for her death i used to watch her move bewitched when i am 9 or 10 years old i gust know about her death it is the internet age.

we are in Arab world can not hearse about ours favorites star easily

  • she was sooo beautiful

  • i love how she has the same young female voice <3

  • when she was lizie burdon its is sort of scary

  • She was nearly 60 and still looked great in this interview!

  • She never ever mentioned dick york or ever visited him after bewitched sounds like a bit of a twat to me!

  • @LucaBlightBadass Recently read a book by one of the producers on the show and he openly mentioned that she didn't like Dick York. The minute they yelled "cut" she wouldn't speak to him.

  • @TrojanJustin Did she resent him cause he was suffering from cronic back pain so he needed help around the set, which could of held up the show at times! If so that sounds like she's a bit of a bitch, i liked dick york and ive seen interviews of him and he's seems such a nice fellow.

  • @LucaBlightBadass I might be totally off base on this, but I think it was complicated. She probably disliked him due to his painkiller addiction (he constantly needed them for his back). However, in his memoir he also admitted to having a crush on her in real life. Perhaps she was put off by this fact. She obviously preferred Dick Sargent who was pretty gay, and as he was obviously not as good in the role, maybe she felt "safer" around him.

  • @TrojanJustin - as in a gay guy cant act straight?? is that what your implying?? lol

  • Thanks for the post

  • She was just as beautiful in person and had tons of charisma. One of those persons taht radiated sex appeal and class at the same time

  • @DA90027 Elizabeth Montgomery was the most beautiful woman ever in television and what grace she had; Lara Parker of Dark Shadows fame, and a sexy blonde woman herself, was the scariest; hmm...they both played witches.

  • @DA90027 And she seemed very approachable too. Not like a lot of big stars who seem to believe they're royalty. Elizabeth Montgomery always came across as a genuine, down to earth and pleasant person.

  • I loved her SO much. The day she passed on I cried and cried and kissed her picture. Really miss her.

  • @jaxotto2 Yeh. I had it bad. Still do. I don't think I'd kiss her picture now...but I sure miss her. She was my first movie crush!

  • I cried and cried too

  • Go to findadeath (dot) com to read about how she died. Very sad.

  • She died far too young. We were robbed.

  • Wow she looks great here at 59! Hope I look that well when I hit 59!

  • what does she mean by "there's no room for a gutless wonder with all these talented people"

  • @pixelated111 What she meant was that her father told her if she just wanted to be an actress to be famous then she needed to find something else to do because there are a lot of talented people out there who want to be an actress because they love what they do and dont care about the lime light!! :)

    I hope this helped you!

  • my god she looks almost the same as she did when she was on bewichted
