  • @harshsribhashyam well i have a good piece of advice for these situations,first try running , don't push yourself, just run every morning and whenever you feel free, and stick to diet ,diet is the most important thing in working out if you lose it you lose your body , don't eat too much fats and sugar,try to stick to the main meals without any other foods between meals , and the most important never eat before you sleep , while doing this do the ab workout ,1 month,your perfect

  • @TheScream13th thank you.i work out 5 times a week..i jog for half hour and then do some workouts.i am not fat now.i am like in the correct size.what i wanted to ask is do i have to have no belly fat at all to work on ab muscles or can i work on them now..i have like moderate fat in the belly area now.
