well, I don't know if that can be achieved with just a filter. from what I have learned and tried it seems like i would have to hand paint every frame to get the quality of "a scanner darkly". this is the best quality look i could achieve without having to hand paint the frames. I plan to tweak it a little more, but I don't think a filter can ever do what hand painting can, but it sure saves time.
neat - how much more work would it take to get it to the quality of "a scanner darkly?"
