True, he had surgery at some point while at Warped Tour because he would burst a blood vessel whenever they played, but that treatment never actually stopped him from screaming. Its just that if he didn't get the surgery at the rate they were going, he would have gone mute in a few years; but he definitely can still scream as much as he wants.
