What a pity. If only Marie Prevost could have recognized that character actors/actresses had a longer career and better financial stability than movie stars and leading actors/actresses did for the most part.

She had a lot of finesse. And was mighty cute in a perky/saucy sort of way. Had she not gone into self destruction as alcohol can do,

she could have continued a long career in character parts much like Patsy Kelly for example.

OMG, how can I find this?? I would love to hear that! My Mom's remedy was drinking water, while saying the Hail Mary & spinning your finger in a circle at the bottom of the glass, but you have to watch your finger spinning-- It worked for me! LOL
