lol i tell u what strengthen ur hands in a week... buy a evergreen tree about 10 ft to 8 ft... get a nice set of pruners and cut the tree where ever branches fork! and do that 120-140 times over... lol im jking it what i do at my job every christmas( we use branches to make wreaths) but u know i don't think i need to worry about pole danceing seeing as im a guy (*ps* don't really do that with evergreen because ur hand hurt like sh*t for 4 days and u may have a book report due that u fail)
