You have to wonder how many people send her emails / letters about how their life has taken a turn for the worse that the show ignores. I mean it's great she can help some people.. but it's gotta suck to know there are people in similar situations that don't have the special Ellen treatment... and they're stuck watching other people get this, knowing they've been ignored :p

There can be two letters talking about the same troubles but only one letter that produces sympathy from the reader. I personally believe it's all about how you write it that makes the writers choose the letter. But who knows. Again, you can't help every person.

I really love Ellen for helping people in need, this story made me cry cause I went tru so much and nobody ever helped me.. struggle for so many years trying to just survie.. I have 8 children and was not very easy for me.. Now my babies are all grown up and things are much better as a matter of fact I feel very blessed.
