I love how everyone talks about Judy Garland... She was sure loved and she is still loved... I'm 25 years old and I adore her... She is the biggest talent I have ever seen and my favorite artist for ever.

Did I hear correctly she said Judy was pregnant with Liza when filming The Harvey Girls? That's not even correct, or is she saying something else?

@poeseloetje That's Cyd Charisse. I always thought she was pregnant with Liza at the end of the shooting days of the harvey girls ... at least Judy and Vincent were marries at that time.

@decca003 oh Cyd Charisse was beautiful when she got older too! But yeah they filmed till June 5th '45 and Liza was born on March 12th '46 so there's 9 months and a week between that so she got pregnant right after The Harvey Girls. Either way it's close, LOL.

@poeseloetje I know others answered, but it was dancer Cyd Charisse - a trained ballet dancer - who played one of the Harvey girls in The Harvey Girls and sang a trio number with Judy and Virginia O'Brien.
