@xIvBlacKOuTvIx I had the same issue. I did some research and it turned out I had to do a factory reset. Kinda sucks. I recommend you back up your important info like contacts, photos, videos, music etc. and maybe make a list of the apps you want to download again. Anything you have purchased you wont have to purchase again. After you reset your phone, follow these steps over again for the most part, without downloading the software and drivers again on your computer. Free hotspot is worth it!

For those of you who are having trouble make sure you don't have any anti protection app on your phone. Also Delete htc sync on your pc. I had a few problem also and this help fix some of the issues I was having close out unrevoked and open it again. For thos who get a message saying is your evo new or something like that I believe if you have done sprint update it doesnt work. This is ofcourse what I think not 100% sure on that.

One thing he didn't mention was that you MUST UNINSTALL HTC SYNC but I followed these instructions and it worked like a Charm. There must have been updates to unrevoked since this video was made because it was easier for me. I didn't have to select HBOOT USB several times like he did.
