someone should have a restaurant were they cook "sunny-side" ostrich eggs and have a table of people share the one egg! :) *warning 1 chicken egg is 60% your daily dose of cholesterol 2 chicken eggs is 120% or 20% more than you should have .. an ostrich egg must be 50X your daily cholesterol intake - everything in moderation .. but i suppose i would rather eat the bird for thanks-giving than a big egg!

It means to taste more like, wild, i guess. Like you can tell it's not your average meet. an example is venison or deer meat. Yeah it tastes like meat, but it has that kick and you know that it's a wild animal and that the meats not treated in anyway like todays cows and bigs are. It's hard to describe, but if you were to taste such a meat, you would know what i mean.
