for the 2 120mm fans, do you put the fans so they up and out or do you put the fans so they blow air like into the processor?

I have them blowing onto the CPU (the manual suggested to do so).

that heatsink is a bitch to install i was going to get it but i just went with the zalman 9700 because i saw results of its temp's vs. the 9700 and the 9700 kinda raped it up the butt only by like 2-4 deg. but meh.

Yeah, the HS was hard to install by myself.
I'm not doing any overclocking, so its been pretty good. Idles around 27-28C, I have yet to do any serious stress testing to see the temp under load.
Heavens above..that is one monster heatsink.
