The name of the group, when this song came out on an album of bubble gum music, was the Kasenatz-Katz Flying K Circus and the 'cool' kids mocked it, but I loved it.
Cool tune from the late 60s! Top 30 Hit in the UK as well! Thumbs up if you think this song is better than todays rubbish bands and fake karaoke singers!!!!!!!!!
This was a good, happy song! The music from the 1960's - 1980's can not be beat! Do not even listen to the current groups. That happens when you are 59 years old. You like the familiar!!
i heard this song on the radio once, almost 20 years ago, and i've kept remembering it on and off since. Great to hear it again properly- its just so damn catchy!
First heard this at Elizabethan Suite BelleVue,Manchester saturday night disco.Bought it,on Bell label I think,it's up in loft and I'm too lazy to get up there.
I cannot believe someone found a kksoc song. Ohio express-1910 fruitgum co., were the major names in this unheard of before music project. Does anyone have,

A great post and appropriate vid to go with it - thankyou! Also thanks to all the people who have added sensible comments and information, without profanities! (This is what uTube should be about, surely?) Love and peace to all music lovers, worldwide.
We used to like this song in the neighborhood about 40 years ago. We used to say "bring some toughs", meaning to BE tough. The video has a different meaning. lol.
Back in the 60's Buddah Records was the label for 'bubblegum' music, usually simple pop songs aimed at 10-12 year olds. Jerry Kasenatz and Jeff Katz were songwriter/producers for the label and this record was for the different Buddah Records bubblegum bands forming one bubblegum 'supergroup'(1910 Fruitgum Co., Ohio Express and a couple of others).
Great to see two guys posting comments to this excellent track and vid from Stoke-on-Trent. I am also from there, and used to dance to this when i was a mod and a skinhead at the Top Rank as well. All the best to you guys. Also thanks for posting this cosycorp.... from Steve....

Thank you, thank you! I loved this, even though it was VERY uncool to like bubblegum music, 'cos we ware all supposed to be into Soul. Great stuff, great memories.
we used dance to this in the early 70s - top rank in stoke on trent - was a skinhead with a lambretta - was a top tune and brings back many memories - thanks and happy 2008
