oh my head hurts.....don't get me wrong. i loved this artist, but i had just spend too much time trying to find some elusive artists like sherry on youtube. does anyone even has sherry on youtube? uh.....what is sherry's full name anyway? akino arai with sherry.......maaya sakamoto with yoko kanno......altogether with some other artists equals record of lodoss war best album.

This song is a self cover. Akino Arai originally wrote the song for Sherry. In the Sora no Mori album, she self covered her own song that she wrote. She also did this for Sakasama no Niji in RGB and Sally no Biidama in Sora no Uta.

I do believe this might be Sherry anyways. Looking for anything for Sherry will find nothing. It's most likely some form of pseudonym or penname for Akino Arai.

Sorry but are different. Sherry's real name is Izumi Kato. I don't know why, but she changed her name onky for this anime.

Sherry AKA Izumi Katou and Akino Arai are different singers. I get two completely different people when I look them up. Also, the Record of Lodoss War OST lists them separately. While it lists Sherry as the singer of the OP version that was inserted into the anime RoLW, it says Akino Arai composed and wrote the lyrics. The singers(Akino in this version and Sherry in the other one) don't sound the same either.

You are right, an artist named Sherry did sing the Lodoss war song. If you google for "Sherry Mitsuo Ogita" , there are a few hits (pointing to the Lodoss OST). Maybe she used a pseudonym for this ? I did not find ANY other info on "Sherry Mitsuo Ogita", pretty strange.
