@Zax557 Go Shiina is known for using artificial languages to give songs exotic flavors. As far as I know, this song has no lyrics, at least none in actual language, and it doesn't sound Japanese to me. Your best bet would be to listen to the original and try to write down the sounds you can pick out. I was actually thinking about trying that myself...
