@TheLiv123 You need to jump about 10 hours with them to get your spring jump higher. In this 10 hours, make sure to not making very big jump because you will maybe reduce the life time of your spring. I'm not a professional but before buy my Poweriser I read a lot about the subject! :)

@Moonlightbabeh Because it's really unlikely to fall on your head. I tried those boots yesterday and it's great. But you would really have to do somersaults to fall on your head. It just looks dangeroust to even fall from this height, but you are falling much slower than from standing without it, and have a LOT OF time to put your hands and knees before you.

And lol lahiiem, what an idiot, I fucking stood on a pole with a 2 1/2 inch circumfrence for half an hour, I can walk on my hands all the way down my street (about 10 houses.) and It still took me a about 3 and a half weeks to start doing back flips on these, and I was on them for at least an hour a day every day, they're definately not easy to use.
