Actually that's Martin Mull, he played the principal on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. Mr. Feeny was played by William Daniels.

I'm quite aware of that. I kinda started it before you did. And Martin Mull was on RoseAnne before Sabrina, the Teenage witch if I remember correctly. He played the gay guy who was first Roseane's boss at Rodbelles and then partnered w/ RoseAnne, Jackie, and w/e the other girl's name was at the Landford Lunchbox.
