  • I don't think I've enjoyed a Battlefield Band's song quite this much before. Perhaps it's the video...They complement each other! Great video & music!

  • The footage of Laurel & Hardy's silent classic plus their feature film "Sons of the Desert" (1933) were inspired!

  • @stewballmax3 Hello :) Glad you liked it. Its all a bit misogynistic but funny nonetheless. I blatantly stole your idea of using CC and L&H for the visuals, LOL.

  • @saltwaterballads

    WOW!...and W.C. Fields as well! (from "It's A Gift" (1934).

  • @stewballmax3 That's right, one of my favourite films. That scene when he is trying to sleep in the hammock on the balcony is just hilarious.

  • @saltwaterballads

    Carl LaFong...Capital L, small a,capital F,small o,small n,small g...LaFong...Carl LaFong!...LOL!

  • @stewballmax3 LOL, I can tell you're a major fan too.

  • @saltwaterballads

NOW will you get me my kumquats?..LOL

  • @stewballmax3 Those were my mother's feathers. LOL I think you're going to be revisiting this film this weekend.

  • @saltwaterballads

"I never knew your mother had feathers"...You are cracking me up here with all of these priceless lines!

  • @stewballmax3 LOL, I think its the only film where I know the lines off by heart.

  • The pristine-sounding score is the perfect accompaniment to these equally stunning visuals....Loved the inclusion of Chaplin!!

    Thanks,

    Max
