@robrob555 THis is artificial gravity. THis works more efficiently in vacuum, works under oil, works in sealed containers, and sealed in epoxy-blocks. I don't know where you read that this electrokinetic apparatus "does'nt work in vacuum", but whatever you read, you read it wrong. The experiments, and physics, show that it works just fine in vacuum, AND undr oil. Plus, the system is devoid of G-forces and inertia. Study it. This is WARP DRIVE, with relatively LOW power input.

@Beamshipcaptain I built a model of the Lifter as well, but without much success. I saw that they allegedly did a test with it in a vacuum and it appeared to move. Later it was attributed to a few molecules of air bouncing off the wall of the chamber that interacted with the rotators. Is that possible? I hope this test to can be reproduced elsewhere to iron out any possible pedestrian explanation. We need a paradigm shift from what we know now if we are to proceed further.

Lifters are ok but you need to look at the effect of electromagnetism on gravitational forces if you want to get any reasonable mass off the ground. Thanks! Electromagnetism is thousands of times stronger than gravity, so it can overcome gravity, and the DIPOLE-effec causes a SPACE DRIVE. The only reaction is on the ETHER, the stubstrate of space-time from which all matter and energy are derived. Good!
