I haven't visited this temple yet, but I have a picture of me there in the spring of 1997 holding a big stick in the ground where the temple now stands. I put the caption below the picture suggesting that in the picture I'm saying the immortal words of Brigham Young "Aqui, construiremos um templo ao nosso Deus!" I also got to meet Elders Maxwell and Hales who went out there on seperate trips to secure the land purchase. I believe it cost about $7 million USD.
Well, Campinas is not that hot, it's about 1 hour southwest of Sao Paulo. We dress as if you were in a Sunday meeting, most of men wear suits and so on.

What a beautiful temple. Oh. Is Campinas hot? If so, how do Mormon Brazilians dress properly for the temple, especially for Baptisms for the dead?
