At 1:43, you see the Mostly Sunny icon that was use in the Forecast maps segment with the left cloud is discontinued from July 2001 to March 2002 and replaced with the Fair icon (originally still in use for Current Conditions segment).

@pricefan87 I think they also used the mostly sunny icon for the current conditions if I remember correctly.

They don't even show radio stations on my cable company's station ID anymore, also they switched TWC from channel 25 to channel 3 in 2003 but it still says channel 25
