The Halo universe has a great story to it, and so many interesting characters to follow. it wouldn't have to be JUST about MC.

and just doing a movie adaptation of the books/games wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. I mean, look at LOTR, harry potter, Sin City, 300.

it just sucks that video games never get made into GOOD movies.

and if i see MC's face in the (hopefully) eventual Halo movie, i'm going to hunt the director down and stab him/her in the jugular.

@MrMastermuzik The Halo movie has not yet been picked up (at least it hasn't been announced) so there is no way to confirm your statement. Also Peter Jackson and Niel Blomkamp were both slated to originally make the Halo movie before District 9 was in the works, so yes they do have connections to each other.

The movie studio said "Why make a movie with a 300 million dollar budget that may or may not have success when we could make a 30 million dollar movie that will probably have success. There have been rumors lately of Spielberg having interest in the film but the are only rumors.
