  • Pete, I can't thank you enough for all of these videos. They are really helping me improve technique and understanding. Keep 'em coming!!!! :)

  • Mil Gracias!

  • Don't get me wrong, JDarks is a great resource, but he doesn't have the theory/understanding that you do. This is how you do it! You're great, jam on!

  • the speed you are playing at in the vid, is this the same speed in the song. I keep getting tripped up whe I try to play along the actual song

  • I just made an observation in your tabs. i could be wrong but in Line 13, the last two notes, should they not be played on the D string instead on the G string?

  • @sinfuldavy0

Hi, You are basically sliding down from an F# chord at the 11th fret to an E chord at the 9th fret at that point. If you use the G string for the slide from 11\9 it stays more in the form of a descending chromatic run, but I just tried it your way and like the way it sounds also... it drops it down to a lower note and also sets you up for the E chord arpegio.

    Cool, Pete

  • After all these years of trying to play the solo on this song, I finally got it. Thanks to you

  • Is there is vid showing your right hand? Thanks

  • Great, nice approach. LIke your technique. thanks

  • Well done, helped alot. What were those chords you played at the very end ?

  • @TheCauseProductions

At the end of the solo I played the first three chords of the Bridge, C#m, C#7, F#.

When I play the song at gigs I end it on a G#m (instead of a B).

  • that was pretty...... great!

  • unbelievably good

  • is this in standard tuning

  • This is for Standard Tuning, but I am incorporating the "CAGED Method for Guitar" which is about calling the chords by their chord-shape, instead of the actual chord name. Sorry about that... I watched the video again and can now see that I didn't explain that well enough.
