Looks like they're allowed U turns there, but some are doing it in the wrong place. That's not too bad. I thought Taipei was bad until I went to Saigon. Kind of laugh now when I see people in Sydney getting "road rage" for someone not indicating or something petty like that. I have to deal with cars going through pedestrian crossings and red lights daily in Taipei. As for the U turns, it's fun to see a car try and do a U turn across 6 lanes of traffic. But they somehow do it without an accident.
